Feeding Department
1, machine clutch
(1)The electric control machine is equipped with an alarm bell, and
the bell is continuously ringed during the journey to ensure the
safety of the workers, pneumatic interlocking device.
(2)The main motor adopts frequency conversion motor, frequency
conversion control, energy saving, stable start, and motor start
protection device.
2, leading edge roller feeding system
(1), suction auxiliary paper feeding, - according to different
bending conditions of the paperboard, the air volume can be
adjusted to ensure smooth paper feeding.
(2), the paper is lifted and the paper is driven by the cylinder,
which is quick and labor-saving.
(3)Adopt the leading edge roller feeding system.
(4), the side baffle and the rear baffle position are electrically
adjusted; the front baffle gap is manually adjusted.
(5)Separate sheet feeding device (Continuous or sheet feeding can
be selected as needed). (6), paper feed counter, set and display
the production quantity.
3, dust removal device (optional)
(1) The paper brush dust removal device can remove impurities from
the printing surface of the paperboard in a large amount and
improve the printing quality.
4, paper feed roller
(1) The outer diameter of the upper roller is φ100 mm.
2), high quality seamless steel, wrapped with wear-resistant
rubber, and balance correction. (3), the lower roller φ124mm
embossed hard chrome plated, and balance correction.
(4), the paper feed roller clearance dial is manually adjusted, the
adjustment range is 0-12mm. 5, automatic zero device

electrically reset to zero.

Auto Stacker part :
1, the paper arm can be manuallu y or automatically operated, with

4, bed with the cardboard heap height automatically adjust the tilt
height, lift motor, with brake function, bed to keep a fixed
position will not decline.
5, then appropriate to widen the cardboard.
Auto vibrator part :
This machine is match equipment with middle and high speed rotary
die cutter machine,it structure easy ,operation convenient , waster
paper clearance effect well , economic, during the course of the
working ,reduced the worker force , that is ideal equipment of the
carton industry.
This machine include the paper feed part , collect waste paper part
,and walk lock system
paper feed part : that is transmit roller with PU round belt made
of the paper feeding , during the paper feeding, there have two
vibration rod , let the board vibrate on the belt , so get the
result of clear the waste paper .
Waste paper collect part : this part is the let the waste paper
feed out belt ,then use other belt feed the paper to side of the
machine , finished the collect waste and feed waste paper .
Walk locking part : there include four guide wheel ,let the machine
depart and lock with the rotary die cutter , operate easy , lock
part have pneumatic and lock cylinder ,let it with rotary die
cutter fix.
