Machine Maintenance

Regular check the bearings of machine and clean once every half a year to one year. The other connection parts , need to add the engine oil every half a year .

Before start the machine , check if there is the impurity inside , if there is some parts worn or broken , after checking and no abnormity , then start the machine . The machine should keep clean and tidy in long time .

Choose the corrugated paperboard which you want to process, adjust the side feeding baffle (1 in Picture A) . Adjustment method : loose the screws in circle of below picture, move the two side feeding baffles (1 in Picture A) right or left , adjust the distance between two side baffles according to the length of paperboard , after finishing adjustment , tight the screw and fix the baffles .
