Main configuration

Die-cutting department:

1. The die-cutting roller is made of WCB, the balance is corrected, and the hard cast iron is plated.

2. The wallboard is made of solid grey cast iron , the wall thickness is 50mm, and it is made by a large processing center.

3. The automatic grinding mechanism for soft rollers improves the reuse rate of rubber sleeves, which can be grinding 3-4 times.

4. The line speed automatic compensation ensures that the die-cutting size of each batch of cartons is exactly the same.

5. Imported polyurethane soft rubber pad, easy to install, die-cutting 12 million times.

6. The mechanical soft roller moves 40mm horizontally from left to right, and the rubber pad wears evenly.

7. Die-cutting roller cylinder type automatic separation device, reducing the wear of rubber sleeve.

Paper feeding department:

1. Adopting the world's advanced leading edge paper feeding system, with high paper feeding accuracy, fast speed and long life of the paper feeding wheel. It can deliver 10,000 sheets of paper per hour, with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.75mm.

2. The air volume of the fan can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the requirements of the paper feeding air volume.

3. The phase is controlled by a microcomputer, and the phase can be adjusted at 360 degrees, fast and accurate.

4. The front board is adjusted manually, and the side board is adjusted by computer.

5. The paper guide roller has a grooved rubber surface to prevent crushing the cardboard and increase the accuracy of paper feeding.
