1)This machine includes four parts: the body, the transmission, the workbench and the motor.

2)The main drive is a two-stage deceleration, the first stage is a V-belt, the second stage is a gear, and the transmission part is enclosed in the shroud.

3)The frame is welded by channel steel, and the structure is stable and reliable, ensuring stable operation during the working process of the machine.

4)This machine has four working axes. The first pair is a paper separation shaft, which is equipped with a four-component paper knife to complete the slitting paperboard work. The second pair is the pressure roller, and the crimping work is completed.

2. Lubrication and maintenance

1) Always keep the working axes clean, apply lubricant once a day to ensure that the parts on the shaft are properly lubricated. Lubricating oil should also be added to each joint of the movement.

2)The transmission gear is filled with lubricating oil once a day.

3)rolling bearings should be repaired once every six months, filled with 2 ~ 3 # calcium base grease.
